商品说明
The KMX-RAY K-7000 handheld rare earth element analyzer is a high-performance portable device based on X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectroscopy technology, specially designed for on-site rapid detection of rare earth elements. Its core configuration includes a 50kV high-power micro X-ray tube and an imported SDD detector. Combined with six automatically switching filter systems, it can precisely excite and capture the characteristic fluorescence signals of rare earth elements. This device is equipped with an inbuilt ore analysis mode, supporting qualitative and quantitative detection of 38 standard elements (such as La, Ce, Nd, Y, Th, etc.). It has a wide detection range and a lower detection limit, and is suitable for real-time exploration of rare earth elements in complex ore samples such as fluorocarbons. Through the Windows CE 6.0 operating system and intelligent algorithms, the K-7000 can achieve non-destructive testing, without the need for sample pretreatment. It can output results within seconds and export test data, meeting the immediate analysis requirements of multiple scenarios such as mines, customs, and laboratories. 商品参数
The core advantages of the KMX-RAY K-7000 handheld spectrometer High precision and sensitivity The 50kV high-voltage X-ray tube is adopted to directly excite the K-line spectrum of rare earth elements, avoiding the error caused by the interference of common elements on the L-line in traditional 40kV equipment, and significantly improving the detection accuracy of heavy rare earths such as yttrium (Y) and lutetium (Lu). The multi-filter intelligent switching technology optimizes the detection path. Combined with digital multi-channel technology, it lowers the detection limit and keeps the error within strict standards, enabling precise identification of fluctuations in key elements in materials such as neodymium iron boron raw materials and permanent magnets. High on-site adaptability The lightweight body (standard shockproof box) and one-button trigger operation design support point touch or continuous pull of the trigger for testing. It can complete the real-time sorting of ores and waste within seconds, significantly shortening the resource flow cycle. The self-diagnostic function can automatically detect the status of hardware, software and battery, generate logs for quick troubleshooting, and ensure the reliability of field exploration. Intelligent data management The detection data can be exported to a computer via USB for printing, achieving digital control of the entire chain from mining, processing to recycling. It offers optional modes such as alloy analysis and soil analysis to expand application scenarios and meet the demands of multiple industries. Non-destructive testing and wide applicability Non-destructive testing is suitable for the component analysis of precious samples such as rare mineral veins and cultural relics. It is also compatible with the direct detection of high-concentration ores (such as cerite and monazite), reducing the laboratory verification process.
