The KMX-RAY EDX-9000S PLUS, a new generation of X-ray fluorescence analysis equipment, integrates diversified detection requirements and achieves performance upgrades through innovative technical configurations. The instrument is equipped with an imported SDD detector, featuring a large-area graphene ultra-thin window. Combined with an ultra-short-range low-loss test optical path system and using an ultra-thin beryllium window light tube as the excitation light source, it builds an efficient excitation detection system. The sample processing module integrates a PLC intelligent control system, supporting flexible configuration of single cup position and 9/12/20 cup position multiple sample chambers. It is equipped with a vacuum and helium two-in-one sample injection system, a sample spin device, and a triple safety protection mechanism (detector anti-puncture protection, high-pressure key interlock, and automatic sample cap locking), ensuring operational safety while enhancing detection efficiency.

The sample injection system perfectly combines two modes: single sample chamber and multiple sample chamber. It is equipped with the XRF component analysis software independently developed by KMX-RAY and has the function of one-click detection for liquid and solid samples. Relying on advanced intelligent algorithms, it can automatically complete the material recognition of samples and match the optimal detection curve, truly realizing the fully automated intelligent detection process of multi-cup position samples.

The equipment is designed with both economy and practicality in mind. By optimizing the structure, it reduces operating costs and enhances the convenience of maintenance and operation.
