The EDX-8800 all-element analyzer is a high-precision spectral analysis instrument based on X-ray fluorescence technology, which is different from the channel-type direct reading spectrometer. It adopts the latest digital multi-channel technology and has the advantages of no argon gas consumption and non-destructive testing of samples. Through the vacuum device, precise multi-element type analysis can be conducted on alloy elements and light elements such as S, P, Si, Mg and Al in various metal materials. Moreover, the operation is convenient and the test results can be directly printed. The X-ray tube emits X-rays to irradiate the sample, and the atoms contained in the sample are excited to produce X-rays specific to atoms. This kind of X-ray is called X-ray fluorescence.

The generation principle of X-ray fluorescence: Different elements have different wavelengths (energies). Qualitative analysis can be carried out by detecting the wavelength of X-ray rays. The intensity of X-ray fluorescence has a functional relationship with its content. Detecting the specific X-ray quantity value of an element can enable quantitative analysis.
